I never received my order. I did receive a refund so that was good. I expected to receive my order of luggage tags. They were gifts for a team meeting and they were ordered in time to be received with no issues according to your website. I was disappointed in the turnaround and never received an explanation about why the products didn't ship in time. This was my first experience with your company and it was disappointing. It was good to get the refund but that just met my expectation since I never received the product. The only good thing was I didn't have to fight too much for the refund. It was also difficult to get anyone on the phone. Email response was timely but not satisfying when you are aggravated and want to speak to a person.

The area of the info that tells my allergy has become scratched and tarnished and you can hardly see the information on the medical alert braclet. Im going to have to find a better braclet.
To small and you could not read engraving. Engraving should have a color on it so you and anybody else could read it.

My bracelet was beautiful but, to big. That was to big. My fault so i called them back. The lady was so kind and helpful. She pick one out and gave me a 50% discount. I am waiting. A message said it has been shipped out. I have great faith in will be just as the first one.

I ordered a bracelet with custom imprinting. I was more than impressed with how quickly the bracelet was made and shipped - thank you. The imprint looked nice and I wear my bracelet all the time - however, there is an odor to the faux leather strap that I can't seem to get rid of, no matter what I try. I've tried detergent, perfume, musk oil and airing it out, but nothing gets rid of the sickening odor. It smells like mold, and honestly, it permeates to the point where I'm self conscious if I'm close to people. I actually wear long sleeves so it won't smell as bad in those situations. I have no idea why this odor is as bad as it is, and I can't imagine I'm the only one who has made a complaint about it. It almost overrides my love for the bracelet, (which has a very personal message and meaning for me, which is why I wear it all the time.) What I may end up doing is having the straps replaced on my own. I would be curious to hear from you about this odor. It smalls like mold, as I said. Thank you for asking for my feedback - and again, for getting this to me so quickly! ***
I ordered a keychain for my daughter's birthday and she actually received a dog tag on a dog tag necklace. Even though it's not what I ordered she still loved it because of the message and the photo that was on the opposite side.

VERY disappointed with your service!!! I placed the order on January 19th, A confirmation was never sent and when I called to find out what was going on after a couple of weeks I was told there was a back order and you would get back with me to let me know what the status was on the back order. Two days later I received an e-mail stating my order was shipped. When I finally received my order February 7th it was NOT complete. The packing slip had a hand written comment stating the back order would ship when it came in. It would have been nice if someone could have had the time to let me know in the first place that there was a back order and then followed up with me. The gifts were for a Birthday the First of February!! I Don't if I will purchase from your company again! I am VERY Disappointed with your company"s service and your customer service. ***, Utah
